Using Zoho Planner, you can update your page by sending an email to a mail id associated with that page. Each page will have a unique mail id, displayed at the bottom.
In the subject, use "note:" & give the title of the note. The note content can be given in the body of the email. For example, if you want to add a note to your page with title "Feeling drowsy" & content "I am feeling drowsy today after taking xyz medicine". Then

We support multiple to-do lists in single page. You can only add a new to-do list to a page & you cannot add a to-do to an existing list by sending email. For adding a new to-do list, use "todo:" in subject & specify the to-do list name. Multiple to-dos for the new list can be given in the body of the email by separating each to-dos with line separator. For example, if you want to add a new to-do list "Car service" with 3 to-do list items "Check oil filter", "Need to check the sound coming from the front" & "Remote locking battery check", then

You can upload a file/image to your page by sending email. For uploading file/image, you can attach the file/image in the mail. The Subject of the mail can be left empty or you can give any subject. The Subject of the mail will be ignored & attachment will be displayed in file section or image section based on the file type. For example, to attach an image "Zoho Planner website design",
