The harvesting spot is divided into some section.
On a first level, there is the blogging resources, then sites of complimentary interest (many early stages ventures that we would love to see a video for!), then there are videos ready to harvest!
• OK MARKED FOR INCLUSION
In the beginning, the type of copyright is marked, so we know the rights level.
(cc) If the vid is marked (cc) it is Creative Commons, and ready to use with appropriate license - with attribution, and then just to go.
(c)-OK! If the video is marked (c)-OK! then the vid has copyright, but we have notified the owners that we have it included during the test phase and they can
If we don't know the rights level, we notify anyways.
SENT - adding "SENT" in the headline, that means that the link pointing to the resource has been sent to Eric or Daniel.
SO - OK and SENT as the two admin notifiers, and (c) or (cc) or nothing notifying rights of the clip/resource.
• VIDEO HUBS AND DIRECTORIES
General resources;
There are gross hives and hubs marked [Dir:MediaCat]. These are directories or YouTube channels and alike. Aggregated resources to dive through for us all and get moved by.
• BLOG DIRS, AGGREGATED AND NEWS FEEDS
There are also blogging directories, as well as aggregated mainstream media sources, where feeds can be found also to get syndicated for the site sidebars with respective category to be included.
• BLOGGERS
For the Conversation Starters - the Bloggers - those are added too. Their main blog link, and a similar system:
If they have agreed at level 1 - "blog intro" - then it is marked with
(level 1)
And we either will syndicate/have edited earlier publishing, or get origiinal material. These can be chroniclers with repetitive but more seldom contributions, and the guest writers only with one entry.
At
(level 2)
it means that they actively cultivates the category.
Continue to harvest and clear videos. Trigger conversations with periodical and timely blogging. Moderate and cultivate ongoing conversations, in a spirit of dialogue and peace.
