New Year. New Me. I will start loving more, everyone around me, including myself. Only one semester left before I graduate and move on into what my granny calls "the Real World." I understand I will cry, smile, laugh, and have a lot of other emotions. But I CAN'T let them control me. Especially not FEAR. Courage is not the lack of fear, but the ability to control it.

What a Rush Sun, 9 Jan 2011
I can take a breath, and inhale everything that is going on in my life right now. I can let the fumes go into my nostrils, sending a burning sensation all the way to my brain, making it hard to think about anything else, altering the way I see life and forcing me walk as though I'm afraid. Or… I can take in the arouma deeply, closing my eyes as I float aimlessly to the sky. So that when I open them, I'll be at the top, wondering how I got there.
