Tasks from original SOW: Mon, 5 May 2008

  • Create/Apply the map grid to the street network
  • Verify all new subdivisions are correctly assigned (RD)
  • Break out each Agency into it’s own DAREA
  • Apply the I80 and Hwy 65 naming matrix to the on/off ramps.
  • Identify and, when appropriate, remove streets named “Unknown”.
  • Verify modifiers are added to appropriate Areas.
  • Continue to adjust source data errors in boundary assignment and/or addressing as they are discovered.
  • Split road segments as identified on case by case basis.
  • Document all editing that has been done to a map layer.
  • Communicate regularly with Placer County Sheriff’s Department and County GIS staff in the form of Status Reports.
  • Document the import/export process for future updates
