Notes for the week of January 23rd
Everyone received new attendance sheets in their rooms! Make sure you are taking attendance everyday and have dropped or added any new or old students. You should call everyones name out loud just so you can find out if everyones name was called.
Tell parents to check their folders REGULARLY!!!!
- Registration forms need to be turned in for new students ASAP!
- Write the name of your music down on the music list for each class.
- PVG MEETING IS SATURDAY FEB 4TH AT 4:30
Length of Music: Sun, 22 Jan 2012
Your time length of ALL CLASSES is 1:30 unless you have a competition class. Then you need to approve the length with Sarah, the shows can only fit in so many routines, so we all need to be careful not to make our dances too long.

We all have a list in our rooms to write down who our helpers are and assistant teacher helpers. Make sure you put the information down on the typed list that was left for you. Lisa needs this back by Feb.1st. so we can get the thank you bags together! Thanks

The last day to turn in your money is WEDNESDAY JANUARY 25TH. So remind everyone that we need their money ASAP. We can not wait past Wednesday to order costumes.
