Each member of the community is threaded by a common vision/mission./goal, and has a zeal to work towards the vision. It is through this very power of community, we beleive to acheive our vision of LBS nagar as choice to live in bangalore. Uthkarsh beleives fundementally in its values Our values will keep the character of the group intact as we expand, and also provide us a litmus test in terms of tough time. No doubt the road to our vision is long (and in cases the road may have to be laid by our own hands), it definitely would be an enjoyable expereince, as we tread the path of unknown.

• Work will be on parallel fronts. RTI for information, co-ordination with Pasha, Working with CMC officials, Other private contracts.
• Focus on selected tasks and execute it via assignment to specific people..
• hours per week will be allocated for this activity.
• Through the heart adherence to team values.
• By weekly meetings
• Meeting Minutes via email , but all other communication would be face to face, not via email.
