NEPA Mission Partnership trip to New Orleans! Please come and join us!
Funding letter to Eastern District funds (letter is off)
- Dear Eastern District, The Lord be with you! NEPA Lutheran Mission Partnership, would like to request New Orleans disaster funds for our trip to New Orleans this coming January 2-10, 2010. We don’t know exactly how many participants are going to be joining us, so if you would like to give a subsidy for each person we could report that to you when we have a final count. But if you would be able to give us a commitment as to the subsidy we will be able to plan better. Estimated Costs: $1200 for two vans $500 for travel meals and motels $1500 Camp Restore ($150/person for food/housing at Camp Restore for 10 participants) $300 Misc. - I might have estimated a bit low on the vans…
We will need two vans! Bjornstad van is one!
- We need one more, or otherwise we will have to rent… We will still REIMBURSE the mileage for vans reasonably (say .15/mile?)
